A UK-supplied home-market MGC Roadster, this example is the subject of an older restoration carried out in 2015, which included a full body respray and significant mechanical refurbishment. The vendor informs us the car drives superbly, offering strong oil pressure and benefiting from the desirable fitment of overdrive, twin SU carburettors, and wire wheels mounted on Uniroyal tyres. Introduced in 1967 as a more powerful alternative to the popular MGB, the MGC was equipped with a 2.9-litre straight-six engine derived from the Austin-Healey 3000, offering smooth performance and long-legged touring capability. Though production was short-lived, the MGC has since become a sought-after classic thanks to its rarity, robust mechanicals, and long-distance driving appeal.
