2011 Mitsubishi Lancer Evo x GSR FQ 300
UK-supplied and the desirable manual transmission

M.O.T. – October 2025

Odometer – 85,000

For JDM enthusiasts and connoisseurs, ‘SV11JFZ’ will tick an awful lot of boxes. It’s a UK specified and supplied car in rare manual configuration with the ideal Octane Blue livery and rarely seen originality. The coilover suspension and aftermarket exhaust system are the only reported non-standard features. With six owners to date, and a sensible 85,000 miles covered to date, the provenance of this example is truly hard to fault. Add in ‘SV11JFZ’s’ current advisory free MOT until October 2025, its service book complete with 14 stamps and the fact that this model was this remarkable car’s last hurrah, and it becomes clear that this EVO X is quite the find. Even the notorious Active Yaw Control (AYC) pump has been addressed with a resulting invoice for £2,200 present and included.

The Lancer EVO X was launched in March 2008 in the UK to become the tenth and last iteration of Mitsubishi’s rally bred, high specification uber-saloon. The EVO X carried the family car with rally winning performance ethos to new levels. Mitsubishi UK took the “standard” 276 bhp Japanese produced EVO and produced a sub-range of more powerful versions better suited to the UK’s appetite for even more dramatic performance. ‘SV11JFZ’ represents the entry level of the UK specials in GSR FQ-300 form. Power was up to an impressive 291 bhp at 6,500 rpm together with 300 lb ft of torque at just 3,500 rpm. Despite being the baby of the UK range, this was enough for a sub-five second 0-60mph time and 150 mph plus top speed. The EVO X’s raft of trick electronics nestling under Mitsubishi’s Super All-Wheel Control banner (S-AWC) mean the ability to deploy more power more of the time was optimised. With most cars featuring the TC-SST automatic transmission, it is exciting to learn of ‘SV11JFZ’s’ five speed manual specification.

Offered today with an overall condition vendor rated between “good” and “excellent” in all areas and together with ample accompanying paperwork, tracker and dash-cam, ‘SV11JFZ’ represents an excellent example of the ultimate Lancer EVO model.

In summary:

· A UK specified and supplied car in rare five speed manual specification

· Predominantly unmodified with just coilovers and after-market exhaust fitted

· Complete with a replaced AYC pump and accompanying invoice

Estimated at £12,000 - £14,000
