2005 Porsche 911 Carrera S
Recently rebuilt engine by Ninemeister with main dealer history and extensive specialist maintenance

Registration – UJI 997

Chassis No. –TBC

M.O.T. – June 2027

Odometer – 96,590

Introduced in 2004, the 997-generation Porsche 911 marked a return to the classic styling cues so closely associated with the marque, whilst benefitting from significant advances in refinement, performance and everyday usability. Powered by Porsche's naturally aspirated 3.6-litre flat-six engine producing approximately 321bhp, the Carrera remains one of the most desirable modern 911s, offering an engaging driving experience coupled with everyday practicality.

Finished in Arctic Silver Metallic with a black leather interior, this 2005 Porsche 911 Carrera is presented in attractive condition and is offered with the desirable Tiptronic S automatic transmission. At the time of consignment, the odometer displays approximately 96,590 miles, whilst the vehicle benefits from an MOT valid until June 2027.

Most significantly, the accompanying history file confirms that the car underwent a comprehensive engine rebuild by renowned Porsche specialists Ninemeister, commencing on 7 October 2024, at a cost of approximately £15,500. The documented programme of works included removal of the engine, complete strip-down, inspection, rebuild and reinstallation, together with associated recommissioning. According to the vendor, this extensive work has now been completed, representing a substantial recent investment and providing added confidence for the next custodian.

According to the accompanying history file, the Porsche has been maintained to a high standard throughout its life. The original Porsche maintenance record documents servicing carried out by Porsche Centres Leeds, Kendal and Chester between 2007 and 2015, supported by the original service book and accompanying invoices. The history file also contains correspondence from Porsche Centre Chester confirming the early servicing history.

Subsequent maintenance has been entrusted to respected independent Porsche specialists, including Cath Burrows, with numerous invoices documenting continued servicing and preventative maintenance. These include replacement coil packs, tandem vacuum pump, front shock absorbers, suspension components, water pipe replacement, cooling system maintenance, brake work and routine servicing, demonstrating consistent care throughout the car's life.

The history file also includes a substantial invoice from Ninemeister dated March 2021, totalling £3,758.36, documenting a minor service and inspection together with steam cleaning, Waxoyl protection, refurbishment of all four brake calipers finished in red with white Porsche script, replacement brake flexi hoses and brake pipes, a new battery, brake fluid service, four-wheel alignment and refurbishment of the steering wheel and handbrake in leather.

More recently, an invoice from Chester Automatic Transmission Centre dated October 2025 records servicing of the Tiptronic transmission, further demonstrating the ongoing maintenance carried out on the vehicle.

The vendor informs us that the car is fitted with a Porsche Classic Communication Management (PCCM) touchscreen infotainment system, together with an upgraded Focal audio system, reversing camera and parking sensors, sympathetically introducing modern technology whilst retaining the original appearance of the interior.

Accompanied by an extensive history file containing the original service book, maintenance records, specialist invoices, manuals and supporting documentation, this well-presented 997 Carrera represents an excellent opportunity to acquire a comprehensively maintained example that has benefitted from a significant recent engine rebuild by one of the UK's leading Porsche specialists.
