Finished in striking Kandy Cobalt Blue by House of Kolors, this Ford “Dentside” F100 pickup has been the subject of a full custom build, the vendor informing us that the project began three years ago following importation from the United States. Now completed, the truck is UK registered, MOT tested, and offered ready for the road.
The specification is extensive: the chassis is a 1976 frame paired with a Crown Victoria rack-and-pinion steering conversion and a narrowed 2002 8.8 rear axle with disc brakes. Externally, the body benefits from a new hood and front fenders, cadmium-plated hinges, hydro-dipped carbon-fibre door handles, smoked lights, LED headlights, and a colour-coded grille. The bed is finished with a carpeted liner, complemented by a new Blackmax tonneau cover, while beneath the vivid cobalt blue paintwork the frame and front clip have been undersealed.
Inside, the cabin is equally well-appointed, with new TMI headlining, Sport R seats trimmed in black with Alcantara inserts and blue stitching, and a body-coloured dash housing Ford instruments. A modern stereo with CD, radio and Bluetooth connectivity is fitted, alongside smoked glass, new window rubbers and weather seals, with matt black detailing completing the presentation. The vendor advises that the build is fresh, fully road legal, and represents a unique custom interpretation of the classic F100.
