The vendor informs us this distinctive SLC has been extensively upgraded and modified to create a highly individual performance machine. Enhancements include fully adjustable Sportline suspension from the SL Shop, together with custom squat bars front and rear, ensuring sharper handling and reduced body roll. To manage its considerable torque, the car is equipped with custom-made 3SDM three-piece wheels with 12-inch rears, while stopping power is provided by bespoke Brembo four-piston racing brakes with larger rotors.

Performance modifications extend to a FrankenSiS chip controller and upgraded torque converter, both by Mike Dukbus, the latter delivering a 20% quicker power response compared with the stock unit. A full custom stainless-steel straight-pipe exhaust completes the specification, ensuring the unfiltered soundtrack of its V8 is heard to full effect.

Visually, the car is finished in a deep purple wrap (appearing almost black), complemented by a hand-crafted Nappa leather interior with diamond-stitched detailing. While extensively modified, the vendor notes the car retains its original “heart and soul” and could be returned closer to its classic specification with relative ease.
