Chassis No. - SCA664S00BUH15217
M.O.T. - August 2025
Odometer - 33,000
With an original cost in the region of £170,000 in 2011, ‘LJ60 BLN’ was supplied to its first lucky owner in February 2011. Presenting in a regal silver livery, over Crème Light leather and burr walnut veneer. ‘LJ60 BLN’ has covered a mere 33,134 miles to date in the hands of just four keepers. The current owner acquired this elegant motorcar in April 2018 from main dealers Rolls-Royce Bristol. At that stage ‘LJ60 BLN’ had covered 15,654 miles in the hands of its three former keepers. ‘LJ60 BLN’ benefits from a full Rolls-Royce dealer service history up until 2023. The most recent service was undertaken by independent specialists Supercar Clinic around 3,000 miles ago. Described as immaculate throughout, ‘LJ60 BLN is offered with two keys, Cat5 tracker (lifetime subscription transferable), dustcover, trickle charger, original tool kit and spare wheel.
Conceived to appeal to a younger customer profile the Ghost was launched in 2009 and referred to as “the first Goodwood Ghost” as a nod to where it was built and to differentiate it from pre-war Ghost models. ‘LJ60 BLN’ is an exemplar of the thoroughly modern Ghost and exhibits all the new model’s signature features. Key amongst these are the rear hinged, rear “coach doors” which make ingress and egress as easy as it is impressive. The iconic Palladian grill and Spirit of Ecstasy are, of course, here but interpreted in a sleek, modern way. ‘LJ60 BLN’ sits on a sublime set of 20-inch, seven-spoke alloy wheels with their vaunted weighted centres ensuring the “RR” monograms are always the right way up. The superb, surprisingly modern cabin is awash with “at least” 8 hides worth of grade-A, hand selected, bull’s leather – used to avoid stretch marks. The rear cabin is, perhaps, the highlight of ‘LJ60 BLN’s’ interior. Here traditional, deep lambswool rugs accompany the thoroughly modern “Theatre Configuration” and its, twin, adjustable 9.2” LCD screens.
The driver has other entertainment on offer, in the form of the BMW derived, 6.6-litre V12, N74B66, twin turbo behemoth of an engine. Churning out around 560 bhp, 575 Ib-ft of torque and mated to a ratio-blurring ZF eight-speed gearbox, ‘LJ60 BLN’ is a Rolls-Royce with a serious slice of driving dynamics as standard. ‘LJ60 BLN’ not only comes with an advisory free MOT until August 2025 but also an unblemished MOT history, completely free from advisories.
