This graceful and collectable 1964 Alvis TE21 is one of just 178 built, with barley 100 known survivors. Part of one man’s extensive collection, the grey exterior is complemented by a red leather interior. The car comes with an array of invoices and MOTs, including the original instruction book along with technical notes and diagrams. ‘YEE645’ was reportedly subject to a bodywork restoration by Red Triangle in 1990, and an engine overhaul in 2005. Remarkably, ‘YEE645’ has had just six previous keepers in its 61-year lifetime. The last ownership change was in 2021. It also has an odometer reading just 66,400 miles.

The Alvis TE21 was also known as the Alvis Three Litre Series III. An updated version of the 1958 TD21, its graceful bodywork was styled by Graber of Switzerland and built by Mulliner Park Ward. A distinctive feature was the stacked twin headlights. The 3.0-litre straight-six was powerful, and it had all-round disc brakes. It was succeeded in 1966 by the TF21, which became the last new Alvis. Today, the Alvis brand remains very well supported by the Alvis Car Company of Kenilworth.
