Finished in the rare and striking shade of Petrol Blue, ‘N529 VRM’ is a Lux version of the iconic Ford Escort RS Cosworth. With black interior trim and tasteful, subtle modifications, this enthusiast-owned example has been expertly enhanced, including a significant big turbo conversion for a notable power boost. The modifications extend to a large alloy intercooler and radiator to support optimal cooling performance, complemented by a Bailey performance alloy header tank and upgraded silicone hoses.
This particular Escort RS Cosworth has refrance in the history file with PJ Motorsport and Graham Goode Racing, revered names in the world of high-performance Ford tuning. Renowned for their extensive expertise and success in enhancing Cosworth models.
The car’s Cosworth engine, paired with a five-speed manual gearbox, is currently rated by the vendor as being in ‘good’ condition, alongside the two-door bodywork, paintwork, and luxury interior trim. It also boasts a newly leather retrimmed steering wheel, underscoring the care and attention it has received.
