Registration – H765 FNM
Chassis No. – WBAAD62060FG46178
M.O.T. – June 2026
Odometer – 136,750
With an MOT until June 2026, this E30 BMW 320i is described by the vendor as being in ‘excellent’ condition throughout. “It’s a really nice, honest car, that starts on the button.” The classic 2.0-litre six-cylinder engine is paired with an automatic transmission. It is finished in red metallic, with a cream leather interior, and the odometer reads 136,750 miles. On the outside, a gorgeous set of Autostar gold and silver wheels give a subtle heritage appearance, while inside, the classic E30 four-spoke steering wheel is in good order. A Blaupunkt Malaga CD stereo gives a ‘modern classic’ look.
One of the last E30 BMW 3 Series, it was registered on 10 January 1991 as the range was shifting to the new BMW E36, making this an interesting late-series proposition. Notably, it has had just seven former keepers, half the number than normal for a 34-year-old car. “It will be a very nice addition to any collection,” says the vendor.
The BMW 3 Series has been in continuous production since it replaced the 02 series in 1975. A real case of right first time, it introduced the world to the concept of the sporty compact saloon, a driver-focused chassis and powerful engines combined with the very highest standards of engineering. Perfect styling under the director of Paul Bracq added to the appeal – and earned the original E21 BMW 3 Series a place in Design Museum London’s “fifty cars that changed the world”. The E30 BMW 3 Series followed the E21 in 1983, and BMW really hasn’t looked back since; even today, a new 3 Series remains one of the finest cars in the world.
