The Bolesworth Castle March 2024 Classic & Performance Car Auction

Lot 88

2008 Maserati GranTurismo
Meticulously maintained with full service history

Registration – FJ58 LBU

Chassis No. – ZAMGH45C000040821

M.O.T. – November 2024

Odometer – 75,891

Maserati’s gorgeous GranTurismo coupe is offered here in immaculate condition, with Bianco Eldorado white paintwork and black over Rosso Corallo red leather trim interior. Fitted with Maserati’s glorious 405hp 4.2-litre V8 and desirable ZF automatic gearbox, ‘FJ58 LBU’ comes with an extensive service history, with full Maserati-dealer stamps until almost 70,000 of its indicated 75,891 miles – and even then, it’s been looked after by Maserati specialists. Featuring trident alloy wheels, Maserati’s traditional blue dials, and red brake callipers, this GranTurismo has been optioned with attention to detail, and comes in a desirable specification. With only three previous owners, the vendor describes this early GranTurismo as in excellent condition throughout – inside and out, and mechanically too.

Launched in 2007, the Maserati GranTurismo replaced the Coupe as the marque’s 2+2 GT coupe. Also offered as the GranCabrio convertible from 2010, the GranTurismo hard-top initially used just the 4.2-litre V8, developed jointly with Ferrari, but added a 4.7-litre V8 later on for the GranTurismo S. The first-generation ran until 2019, and still holds the record for the fastest-developed production car in history, going from design to manufacture in just nine months.

· Fantastic example of an early Maserati GranTurismo, in excellent condition throughout.

· Extensive service history, with Maserati dealership or Maserati-specialist stamps.

· Desirable 4.2-litre V8 with automatic gearbox, ideal for Grand Touring.
