Finished in black with distinctive ST 500 detailing, this limited production example is one of just 500 units produced for the UK market. The vendor informs us that the car has had four owners from new and is accompanied by extensive paperwork. Presenting in purposeful order throughout, it retains its factory specification enhancements along with carefully selected performance upgrades.
The ST 500 benefits from heated full leather interior, heated front screen, powerfold mirrors, automatic headlights and wipers, together with the model specific trim and badging. This example is fitted with a full stainless steel Milltek exhaust system and sits on Eibach suspension, complementing the responsive 2.0 litre Duratec engine and sharp handling characteristics for which the model is well regarded.
Launched as a run out special edition of the Mk6 ST, the ST 500 represented the ultimate factory specification of the generation. With limited production numbers and an increasingly strong following amongst modern classic enthusiasts, well presented examples are becoming progressively harder to source.
