Introduced in 1994 to celebrate Paddy Hopkirk’s return to the Monte Carlo Rally, thirty years after his legendary 1964 victory, the Mini Cooper Monte Carlo was produced in limited numbers — just 200 for the UK and 1,000 for Japan. Based on the 1.3i Cooper, it came with distinctive “John Cooper” signature decals, Monte Carlo badging, Minilite-style alloy wheels, and four front fog lamps. Inside, it received a wooden dashboard, red vinyl and cream cloth seats, red carpets, and a leather-trimmed steering wheel and gear knob.
