This striking Ducati is believed to be an import that was manufactured in c.1987 and then first UK registered in June 1990 – according to Experian Autocheck it has had a total of seven keepers since its repatriation. For the last four years it has formed part of a private collection and largely stored rather than ridden, as a result of which the vendor is recommending that both the cam belt and battery would benefit from replacement. He currently regards the 750cc engine, five-speed gearbox, frame, suspension, rare yellow livery, brightwork and cycle parts as all being in ‘good’ condition, and is now selling the Ducati complete with a Laser Produro exhaust and full collection of MOTs running from 1999 to 2009.

Our May auction of classic, modern classic and prestige cars and motorbikes will take place at Mavericks in Holywell, North Wales (half an hour’s drive from Chester).
