The nicely patinated pale blue paintwork of this notably tidy MKV Cortina-based P100 is complemented by near perfect white-striped dark blue cloth trim. The two-owner pickup runs and drives and currently displays a credible 30,853 miles from new. It is powered by a 1600cc version of the Pinto engine and comes complete with Truckman top and its original push-button radio. Examples in this condition are now very rare.
Ford’s car-based pickup was produced from 1971 to 1993, first in South Africa and then Portugal. Versions were derived from the MKIII, IV and V Cortina and ultimately the Sierra.
