2002 Porsche Carrera 4S Tiptronic

This extremely tidily-presented UK specification 996 Carrera 4S is finished in the ever-popular colour of Seal Grey that’s teamed with a green leather interior and green carpets. ‘LR52 TYB’ rides on what appear to be unmarked, period-correct silver-coloured 4S alloy wheels, while its flat-six 3.6-litre engine drives all four wheels via Porsche’s optional Tiptronic five-speed automatic gearbox. It replaced the popular 993 series from which only the suspension and six-speed manual gearbox were retained, be it in revised form.
