This very clean original-looking example of a very popular model features white bodywork that’s complemented by a brown Everflex roof and biscuit-coloured cloth interior trim. There are no signs of corrosion or problems of any kind. The car has had nine owners to date who have collectively amassed a total of 111,352 miles, but everything would suggest ‘FAR 738T’ has many more miles left to offer its next keeper. It comes complete with a radio/CD audio system.
The squarer-styled second generation Escort first appeared in January 1975 and remained in production for five years. The Ghia version brought a new level of luxury to the small car class.
