According to the Rover’s vendor, there are only 152 examples of this model remaining on the road, and one doubts if many of those are as good as this one, which he regards as having ‘excellent’ bodywork, Pulsar Silver Metallic paintwork, beige cloth interior trim, 1396cc K Series engine and five-speed manual gearbox. The car has recently benefited from: a new cam belt, water pump and related gaskets; the fitment of a reconditioned alternator and new drive belt; a coolant flush; and new tyres, exhaust system, brake pads and Poly bushes for the radius arms.
