Mention Lamborghini and most enthusiasts will conjure up images of a Miura or Countach, or maybe the more contemporary Huracán or Aventador. However, the fact is Ferruccio Lamborghini’s successful tractor empire preceded his supercar one by no less than 15 years, and it was reputedly only a heated argument with Enzo Ferrari over the clutch of his Ferrari 250 GT that prompted Signore Lamborghini to embrace cars as well as farm vehicles.
The perfect stablemate for your Huracán is surely therefore this truly gorgeous 1966 1R.
