The Gold Cup Classic & Performance Car Auction

  Lot 86

2013 Ford Fiesta ST
Unique, custom-built high-performance machine with plethora of high-end performance upgrades.

Registration - BK13 JJL

Chassis No. - WF0CXXGAKCDB37281

M.O.T. - February 2025

Odometer - 66,000

This exclusive custom-built Ford Fiesta ST is unique and unlike any other contemporary version of the fabled Ford hot hatch. The vendor has spent a fortune on it, creating a high-performance car featuring a list of componentry that reads like a Who’s Who of motorsport. At its heart is a Pumaspeed 1.6-litre Ecoboost ‘blue top’ engine, with fully forged internals and a stock OE resurfaced head. This alone cost the vendor almost £4,500, with all the receipts to show for it. The engine has a Mahle high compression piston upgrade, and bridgeway rods, and is fitted with a Pumaspeed X58EVO2 400bhp-plus turbocharger, plus a Pumaspeed Racing high-volume fuel supply kit.

The vendor has not overlooked the suspension, either. It has fully adjustable KW coilover suspension, which cost almost £1300, and a Pumaspeed 330mm four-pot brake upgrade. To handle the power, it uses a bespoke Quaife limited-slip differential. Other noteworthy upgrades include a Pumaspeed clutch and single-mass flywheel, a Stage 4 X57 Maxd crackle flash programme which includes datalogging and dyno time, and a Janspeed performance induction kit.

The car has an almost stock appearance outside, hiding its exclusive high-performance nature, although experts will sport the set of TrackLite 17-inch alloys in matt bronze (and the tastefully-lowered suspension). Inside, ‘BK13JJL’ has a Club Sport roll cage and desirable Cobra Evolution I seats, which cost the vendor £1,450. They rate it as ‘good’ condition throughout, including the engine, transmission and electrics, bodywork, paintwork and interior. The odometer reads 66,000 miles and the car has an MOT that expires in February 2025.

This unique Ford Fiesta ST is perhaps the ultimate version of an award-winning hot hatch that, when it was introduced to crown the Mk7 Fiesta range in 2012, drew instant acclaim. Even the regular car is a driver’s dream; expertly-upgraded models such as this car can only build further on an enviable reputation.

In summary:

  • Unique high-performance Ford Fiesta ST
  • Fitted with high-end componentry worth a five-figure sum
  • Discreet exterior appearance combined with premium Cobra seats
